Orders are processed and sent within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you immediately.
When your package will be ready for shipment, we will submit you its tracking number of so you can locate it. It is important that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the package.
Once the order is shipped, the consumer is responsible for the package. SELFISH swimwear is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages which receipt has been confirmed by the carrier. Be sure to check with the carrier to ensure your delivery. Delays caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of SELFISH swimwear.
Any additional fees, whether taxes (for some provinces, states or countries) or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is important that you track your package, it can be retained at the customs and returned if the customer does not follow the procedures or does not pay the customs fees. SELFISH swimwear will not make any refund that is not its responsibility.
*Note: In the case of additional fees for an international shipment, you will be informed in advance.
Are you unsatisfied? Did you receive the wrong size? We will be happy to exchange your item or give you a credit note for the item returned. No refund will be made.
You have 5 working days to send us a replacement request to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
This request must include:
1. The model (SKU) and the size of the model to be exchanged
2. The reason of the return
3. The product you want to replace the returned item with (model and size); or a credit note, at your convenience.
4. Once the request is accepted, you have 7 days to send us the item. If the period is exceeded, no exchange or credit note will be delivered.
The item or items returned must not be worn, washed or damaged.
Purchase tags must also be kept intact and returned with the item.
You must also send a copy of your receipt as a proof of purchase, along with the package.

5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will send you the requested item within 10 working days.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email and the tracking number of the package.
The shipment of an order’s first exchange will be at our expenses.
After a second return for the same initial order, you will have 2 working days to send us your return request, and 5 working days to return the item you do not want to keep. Otherwise, SELFISH swimwear reserves the right to refuse the exchange or the credit note.
For reasons of hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the article does not seem to comply. All products are carefully inspected upon shipment and receipt at our workshop.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
